Terms of use of the Märchenwald amusement park
If you do not receive confirmation of your planned celebration within the next 3 days, your reservation will be deemed null and void unless we respond.
Please enter the personal details as accurately as possible. This is the only way we can adequately accommodate the relevant birthday groups based on their specific and binding details and allocate them to the appropriate tree houses.
No reservations can be accepted during the winter break. Booking requests can be made again at the earliest one week before the start of the season. We ask for your understanding.

General information
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy policy only applies to our websites. Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for contract processing. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier in order to deliver the goods.

Once the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use.
